About Mountain One

Mission Statement - To establish a positive environment to build the skills and attitudes necessary to be successful on the volleyball court and also instill habits within the student athlete that will make a profound impact for future life endeavors.

MOVC Board

The Board directs and oversees all activities of Mountain One Volleyball Club.

Board members are elected at the annual meeting by the general membership.

Board members will strive to make decisions in accordance with MOVC goals and mission statement.

Director and Head Coach

The MOVC Board hires the Director and Head Coach.

The Head Coach hires all coaches and is directly responsible for all coaches.

All programs are implemented and run by the Director. He/She will strive to provide a consistent learning environment for all athletes throughout the program.

The Director attends board meetings and is an intermediary between the board of Directors and Head Coach. The Head Coach is also an intermediary between coaches and parents.
